Leadership
The caption reads: The leader always sets the trail for others to follow.
This doesn't just apply to penguins. It applies to human beings as well. At NHS, we know that. So all faculty members will rate each applicant on leadership abilities in the same manner as the character section. A score of 4 would indicate the highest leadership qualities, and a score of 0 would indicate no evidence of leadership skills. The same rules and guidelines indicated for the character section apply. The average score for leadership is the fourth part of the total score.
