Question of the day: How do I know if I can get in or not?

Answer of the day: Well, you obviously must be a good student to be spending your time on the Internet worrying about whether you can get into NHS or not. Well, we like to have juniors who have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 after six semesters. When we say "eligible," it means that you can apply, but it doesn't necessarily guarantee admission into NHS. Even 4.0s can get rejected by NHS if we don't like them. (Ok there's more to that than liking or not liking)

Information for transfer students

Transfer students are required to complete a full semester in the Troy School District before they can apply for admission to NHS. For more information about applying as a senior, please refer to the last section of this document, "Finished with the app?"

Previous NHS members transferring from a different school district may waive the application if they include a letter of verification from their previous school.
